Born From Personal Experience
Navigating The Golden Years was founded because we lived this experience ourselves. When our own family faced the challenge of finding the right care community for an aging parent, we discovered how overwhelming, confusing, and emotionally exhausting the process could be — even for people who consider themselves capable and resourceful.
We spent weeks researching communities, making phone calls, touring facilities, and trying to understand a system that felt designed to be opaque. We made mistakes. We wished we had someone who truly knew the landscape and could guide us with honesty and care.
That experience became the foundation of this work. We built Navigating The Golden Years to be the guide we wished we'd had — a trusted advisor who knows Central Kentucky's senior living communities deeply, who has no agenda beyond your family's wellbeing, and who stays with you every step of the way.

That way our recommendation is based on your needs not their pocketbook.
